📣 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 📣 LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOW POLICY: 
All appointments include a 5 minute grace period. If you are running late, please text me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate you if possible. Arrivals beyond the 5 minute grace period with no communication will not be seen! NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: 
A Non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Deposits are transferable only if your appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel without rescheduling. PLEASE NOTE: Appointments may only be rescheduled one (1) time. Any additional rescheduling requests will require a new deposit and are subject to availability. Last minute rescheduling often makes it difficult to fill the appointment time that was held specifically for you. This scheduling policy is in place to help manage availability fairly and ensure time can be offered to other clients when possible. NO SHOW & LATE CANCELLATION FEE: 
A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged for: 
• NO SHOW appointments 
• Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment 
• Arriving later than the 5 minute grace period PAYMENT FORMS ACCEPTED: Cash & Zelle are preferred A valid card is required to book (NO EXCEPTIONS) GUEST POLICY: 
• No extra guests allowed 
• No children allowed APPOINTMENT PREP: 
• Complete your consent form before your appointment 
• Be prepared to discuss any current product use 
• Exfoliate 24-48 hours before your waxing appointment 
• Avoid caffeine at least 3 hours prior to your appointment 
• Use the restroom before arrival 
• Take a pain reliever beforehand if needed 
• Dress comfortably 
• Arrive on time 
• Please reschedule if you are feeling sick PERIOD POLICY: 
You can still receive your wax during your cycle as long as you're wearing a clean tampon, or menstrual cup. If you choose to cancel because of your period, my 24-hour cancellation policy still applies. Tampons are always available in the treatment room if needed. If your cycle is irregular, please book when you're sure you'll be able to attend your appointment. WAXING PREP & HAIR LENGTH: 
For best results, hair should be approximately the length of a sprinkle before your waxing appointment. • If the hair is too short, results may be less effective 
• If your hair is very long, please do not trim before your appointment 
• Do not apply lotion, oil, or deodorant to the area before your service 
• If you recently shaved, please allow 2–3 weeks of hair growth before booking a waxing service RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is not in compliance with policies.
