Cancellation Policy
There is a 5 minute grace period, after 5 minutes your appointment is considered a “no show”. Deposits are non-refundable and go towards the total cost of your service. Cancellations/Reschedules must be done online at least 24 hours in advance. No shows or same-day cancellations (less than 24hr notice) will incur a 50% fee
